REQUIREMENTS

  • 20+ industry background in senior mgmt role.
  • Main goal and objectives:
  • - To lead the existing team and ensure that the project operation targets are safely achieved.
  • - Be responsible for the production, operation and management activities, and report directly to the company’s CEO
  • - Ensure that the production targets are achieved, production is increased as required by the company’s annual development plan
  • - Discuss, approve and monitor AFE and operating expense budgets and ensure that;
  • * profitable targets are met
  • * that all on-site operation activities are carried out safely in compliance with the company’s HSE policy and government related policies
  • Experience requirement
  • - Technical, Operations and Strategic management experience.
  • - Experience in developing an onshore gas field
  • - Operator experience
  • - Oil service company experience
  • - Min. 15 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Management in the O&G industry
